What is your return/exchange policy?

ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL DISCOUNTED SALES ARE FINAL.

Returns on US purchases are issued within 14 days of purchase. We will happily refund unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Please email [email protected] for return instructions. Once the shoes have been returned to our warehouse we will issue a refund of the original purchase price minus a $5 re-stocking fee.

Linge Shoes will allow for EXCHANGE upto 30 days after purchase on unworn merchandise in the original packaging. Please email [email protected] for exchange instructions. For exchanges please indicate the size/color you would like in your email.

Should I go up or down if I am a half size?

If you are a half size we recommend going up the half size and tightening the tie for a closer fit. Linge Shoes are flexible genuine leather and will give a little with wear.

Where do I enter my discount code?

Discount codes are entered after you are directed from PayPal checkout back to our web page to confirm your order. Your card will not be charged until after you enter the discount code and confirm your order.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the US, Canada and Internationally. Shipping on full price US orders is FREE! International shipping prices will vary depending on the country of shipment. Linge Shoes is not responsible for duties/import taxes charged on international orders.
